But before we get into that, there was a listener request for me to read a poem about St. John of Matha and I agreed because after I read it, it quickly became my favorite poem ever. It tells the story of how St. John of Matha miraculously used his mantle for a sail as he was trying to escape the muslims in Tunisia with 140 Christian souls. I think all my listeners will enjoy it.
